We carry out a pre-sale health check of the conversion — electrics, water, appliances, furniture, and fittings — then prepare it for sale. This is not a full mechanical inspection or MOT.

Sale & Handover
We handle buyer enquiries, take payment, and carry out a full handover. You receive your agreed amount promptly after completion.
